1.tube making : ratio-frequency welded tube  : steel belt is formed by fixed tube mould machine , through high temperature welding .Eventually form the pipe . → based on different product request , cuting to the different tube length → because every tube have much metal burr (it will be much big safety if don’t deal with ), so next must wipe off tube metal burr in tube inside and outside .→tube polishing ,improve tube gloss . → quality inspection ,Pick out the qualified tube, form the finished tube .

2.Plastic part making : Different plastic part will have different mould , the material will be melted in mould by high temperature principle and forming the plastic part in mould by the sudden could principle .

3.Assembling : all plastic part and tube will be matched up . then be packed in corresponding box .
